These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the Discord server building services ("Services") provided by Rune_Galaxy ("I," "me," or "my") to you ("Client" or "you"). By purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Services Offered
I provide three main service types:- Custom Commissions – Tailored builds and bot setups made from scratch or full revamps.- Templates – Pre-made, plug-and-play servers.- Maintenance Plans – Ongoing monthly support to keep your server secure, organized, and functional.Any additional requests outside of your chosen service may require extra fees.2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:- Provide clear requirements and timely feedback.- Grant temporary admin access to your Discord server for the duration of the work. (This access will only be used for fulfilling the service.)- Review the finished setup promptly and request any adjustments within the included timeframe.3. Premium Bot Features & Costs
Some Discord bots offer paid or premium features. These costs are your responsibility. I’ll always flag when a feature requires payment, but it’s up to you to decide whether to purchase it.4. Maintenance Coverage
Every Custom Commission includes 3 months of maintenance. This covers:- Fixes and adjustments to my original setup.- Ensuring everything I implemented is still functioning as expected.Not covered:- Major redesigns or new features.- Issues caused by you or other admins after handover.- Discord-wide outages or third-party bot updates beyond my control.5. Liability
I am not responsible for:- Downtime or errors caused by Discord or third-party bots.- Issues introduced by you or your admins after I finish.- Any enforcement actions taken by Discord against your server.6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you cancel after work has started, I may deduct a cancellation fee based on progress.7. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by South African law.8. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these T&Cs.
